Find and review missing customs information in Shopify

For merchants preparing catalog information for cross-border shipping who need a list of fields to review, not automatic tariff classification.

Product instructions reviewed . Interface labels may change; current plan terms are shown in Shopify.

From installation to a checked result

  1. Run a catalog scan

Install and open the app, then start with Free for up to 100 products. Wait for a completed scan before treating the summary as a result.

  2. Review the underlying product

Open an issue and its product link. Check the missing HS code, country of origin, weight, SKU or category signal against the actual product information.

  3. Correct verified information in Shopify

Use reliable product records and appropriate professional advice where needed. The app does not invent HS codes, determine origin, calculate duties or edit product records.

  4. Rescan and compare

After saving corrections in Shopify, run another scan. Pro can export a fix worksheet and retain history for tracking cleanup; an ignored exception is not a corrected field.

Common questions

Can the app calculate duties or file customs documents?

No. It is a read-only catalog readiness check, not a duty calculator, customs broker or document-filing service.

Are results emailed after a scheduled scan?

Scheduled results are available in the app. Do not rely on an email notification as proof that a scan completed.

Where should I install or manage my plan?

Use the official Shopify App Store listing to install. Open the app from Shopify Admin after installation. Any paid-plan approval happens in Shopify, never through a payment form on this page.
