By installing or using Customs Readiness Doctor, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Customs Readiness Doctor scans Shopify product and inventory item data and flags potential customs-readiness data gaps such as missing HS codes, missing country of origin, missing shipping weight, missing SKU, missing category, or missing product image.

Important limits

• The app does not calculate duties, tariffs, taxes, or landed cost.
• The app does not provide legal, customs brokerage, tax, or regulatory advice.
• The app does not guarantee customs compliance, border clearance, carrier acceptance, marketplace approval, or absence of delays.
• The app does not edit Shopify product or inventory data in v1.

You are responsible for reviewing issue results, deciding which issues apply to your products, correcting your product data, and confirming your requirements with carriers, brokers, marketplaces, and relevant authorities.

Data access

The app requests read-only access to product and inventory item data needed to provide scans. It does not request order data, customer data, payment data, or write access in v1.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled scans and email summaries can be delayed by platform, network, hosting, or email provider issues.
